Huge lip on this E60's wheels...

This picture has been around for a while but I didn't remember seeing it posted here (if a repost...sorry guys)

I wonder if this lip thing is going to go the way of huge SUV Wheels...never too big, never too deep? These are way too much for me...but that's just my subjective opinion...I'm sure there are plenty of people that like the look. Either way...enjoy the pic

i also think they are a little too deep and the car now looks a little high. lower a bit will look much better .

My Ride: 2004 545i 6spd, blk on blk, HRE 540R 20x9 in front and 20x10 in rear with Pirelli PZero Neros 245/25/20 front and 295/25/20 rear. H&R springs, and Eisenmann quad exhaust, V! radar detector, black grille, limo tint all around.

Are those 20"s? They look a bit small and the car needs to be dropped like an inch or so.

Probably not. It has chrome trim around the windows.

Is that the front shock I see behind the tire? Needs to be lowered about 1.5in. A bit too much lip for me. Just my .02.

The depth of the lip is due to the size of the wheels. Those are 19s...if it was 20 the lip wont be that deep. I've seen 5.5 inch deep lips on a wide body m3...really really hot.
