I am looking to lower my 07 530i and had a question for all of you experts out there...
I was on Turner Motorsports' website, and was looking at their H&R Sport Springs.
In the product description it stated the following:
-1.4 / -1.3; H&R engineers made extensive tests to match these springs to the original shock absorbers ? the result is an ideal compromise between aesthetics and a sporty and stiff but still comfortable ride/handling mix.
Does this mean that I do not need to change the shocks out?
I hope so because that would mean saving aprox. $600 in parts.
Any help would be appreciated.

u can try using ure stock shocks first.....however they will wear out really rapidly.... due to shorter springs compared to ure oem......i would reconmend a new of shocks too....i.e Koni or Bilsteins.......coil over is also great if ure willing to spend more!

I was afraid of that.
How much am I looking at for a set of coil overs vs a set of H&R Springs and 4 shocks?
