if i install the h&r springs will my shocks wear out faster or is it better to just get coilovers and not worry about anything i was thinking about maybe kw v3 coilovers

Yes your shocks will wear out faster and some have described the ride to be bouncy.

Thats right Acute Performance! My car felt like a 1970's era Cadillac when I went over freeway undulations because my struts prematurely wore out due to installing lowering springs on standard struts.

I have Koni yellow sport adjustable shocks with the Race springs and mines not bouncy.

Coilovers or proper shocks, I have race springs, I don't regret it because I wanted coilovers all along and knew id have to upgrade sooner then later but if you plan on keepin your stock struts for a while, race springs will def wear them out faster
