Hey guys, I was digging around but having a hard time finding what I was looking for. I'm planning on lowering my 09 528i. It has the sport package and will eventually be rocking 20" Vossens. I initially thought 1" would be good but someone here was nice enough to advise going for .5 around or .5/.6. What do you guys suggest and pic examples would help greatly. I should be getting my mtech bumper via Trinity this week so I will be posting before and after's soon. Thanks for the info and sorry if this is a repost of something that has already been covered.

I have the sports suspension and went with Eibach Pro-Kit springs.
Drop was minimal.
No rubbing whatsoever with OEM 19' wheels/tires.
Now, with 20" Asanti, a slight rub here and there.
I would suggest you get the 20" and then determine if you want to modify the suspension.

Thanks for the info guys and Lorinzo those rims are definitely sick. I know those Asanti's run pricey though lol Thanks for the info guys. Much appreciated. I think I will go with a drop of about .5 now. Seems better. This forum definitely helps from making some bad mistakes lol

Sorry for stealing this thread.
Does the car sit lower with sport package than without?
I currently have a 535i without sport package (standard 17"), I am thinking to get a set of 18".
Will that make my car look like a 4x4 without lowering it?
Thanks

I would stick with the Eibach Pro Kit or the H&R Sport Springs. They give you a nice drop without being too aggressive or risk rubbing issues (provided your offsets and tire sizes are correct).
