I have no rubbing issues in the rear, but I also have 275s. Here are a few before & afters..

How was your drive quality (City & highway) w/ the 19" M166's and the drop?

+1 Drop it!

Ride is very close to stock and the gap is basically gone!
No rubbing issues at all on my 19's.

Since I'm getting responses about my wheel setup, I'll be running VB3s 19x10 et25 for the rears with the 285/30/19.

You can't get 275 width tires in the rear? If so, go with that and you should have no rubbing issues whatsoever. Although, with +25 offsets in the rear, 285 should tuck nicely under those fenders still .

The ride is great with 166's, honestly no issues. In the city you have to be a bit more careful with all the craters...potholes, but thats with any rim. If you are thinking about it, go for it.

The 275/30/19 size tire has a smaller profile and so I want to get a little more sidewall while going a bit wider. I ended up buying some PS2s which have been sitting in the garage and I have been wanting to get this done.

I'm gonna use H&R Sport springs on my 550i M Sport.
Wheels are 20" Vossen VVS CV1's-the new concave ones.Question is,will i get Falken 452's 285/25's on the rear without rubbing?
I've got no idea what the wheel offsets are,so it's fingers crossed really. If anyone has a similar setup and wants to share, it would be great

I think 20" wheels will rub in the front while turning and going up a driveway or similar. As for the rear I don't know, hence my recent questions. When are you getting the wheels?
