How much does a cold air intake help you ?

looking into buying a cold air intake for my car but im not sure if ill be really feeling or seing a differance.

what model because some cold air intake will increase around 5-7 hp which is very unnoticeable for a car with 300+ hp.

It's coming from the engine, but it should be called "Hot Air Intake". Guaranteed loss of 10HP! LOL!

You can always fabricate yourself a Mr. 5 intake. Just don't drive it through large puddles of water!

was thinking of the RPI scoop...not those "cold" air intake cone type
