How to install CF Mirror Covers for E60???

I purchased some Carbon Fiber Mirror Covers for my 525i and they came in the mail today...but I dont have a clue about how to install them. Anyone know?

Is it a Stick over existing type? or is it like a proper fitment thing, where u have to remove the original cover from behind your rvm and replace that with this carbon fibre one? gotta be either of these two!
If there is no tape given within the CF mirror cover, and it has clips on its side, then i suspect it to be a replacement fit!

i just got my cf mirror covers yesterday as well and the same adhesive i used on my rear acs cf spoiler i used for the mirror covers. They slipped on over the original no clips or removing of anything...I'll post pictures in a few min..
