What features dose your car have...? Look at the connectors, the pictured mirror looks like it has auto dimming. Plug it into your cars mirror connection.

where is the part number? can't find it. I think my car has autodim but I'm not sure, and I want to retrofit autofold but I don't know if this mirror has it.

Since this is a 09/05+ mirror, all the connectors are the same.

The mirror got auto dim glass, and you couldn't order auto dim without having autofold aswell.

I was trying to move the mirror manually and it won't move. it makes me believe it has autofold therefore it won't move manually as it moves mechanically. anyone know what I need to retrofit it? been searching in the forums but found that I need a door switch or something any more info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance

You need to retrofit autodim aswell. There's an diy on this forum somewhere.

Edit: here it is: https://5series.net/forums/topic/119...sa430-mirrors/

If you have puddle lights, you don't need to do anything with the wiring in the door, if not you can rewire your existing wires.

Auto fold mirrors still fold manually.
