I was told by many getting 19" rims would better than 20" if I still wanted the aggressive look but still have the luxry of driving fast and not losing performance and also not being paranod bending the rims....so how would I achieve passing 19 " rims to look like 20" rims on the 5 series with sport package and stock rims.

Get wheels with no lip. That's the only way to make them look like 20's. If anything, get concave rims. =)

as far your concerns go about wheels strength and performance...go with a forged, lightweight set...

Agreed, for a lip go 20'' or you'll regret it. 19'' wheels with a lip on our car look even smaller. The only way I'd go 19'' is non-lipped concave wheels.
As far as performance goes, we drive a family sedan. So the difference between 19'' and 20'' wheels is not going to make a noticable difference in performance for street driving purposes. The only difference would be comfort, but honestly from my experiences the difference in comfort between the two are hardly noticable.
Oh and make sure to get a forged multi-piece wheel if you're going 20''.
