I was just playing around like you were about the over polishing of the hood. I know that they had/have these clear hoods on Honda Civics.

Looks great. Not a big fan of matching wheels to color of car but this looks nice.

Dude, it's photoshop. Pic of hood down, same pic hood up, overlay, erase with >0% transparency, ?, profit. Experimented with it on my RX-7 years ago.
