I can list places in England where you can get the equipment at almost trade prices.
Alternatively, it may be possible for me to get things on your behalf.
I'll look into this in a few hours time because I've got to go out to see a certain film now...

It looks like a $1,000 (labor only) job.
I can't imagine anyone non-professional doing this kind of thing by themselves.

NB. I am hoping that this summer I will become a little more free in terms of time and assuming I can achieve this, I may offer to help people in Europe install stuff into their cars. Musing over it at the moment.
