Hi,

In taking off the bumper cover you exposed the "real" internal bumper. I have a question about the black material that forms the first layer of collision defense. Is that a resilient, rubbery material or is it more of a one-time crushable, righ foam material.

Thanks, Jon.
I haven't test it yet, and I wouldn't like to

It's a rubber-foam resilient material and more of one time crushable, all of that you ask me,
but why do you ask?

- smoked taillights
- individual trim
- Supersprint exhuast
- Eibach Pro Springs
- Tinted windows
- M-style pack

It just is sooooo nice. Congrats on your beautiful E60 nicke60gre and respect you did it all yourself .

By the way; did i forgot something in my list?
Thanks!!
Good history keeping
but there are also

- Tinted chrome window trims (converted to black)
- Chrome grills
- Comfort seats
- Bluetooth without preperation retrofit
- M sport leather shift lever

And two more are coming for the trunk (M sport lip spoiler, M5 lid finisher)

I'm interested if it is resilient to multiple minor front-end collisions or if it must be replaced each time...

Hehe, when your love for your E60 is sooo big . Your E60 is really becoming the individual car
Hope to see you once on a meet... Congrats with it and again, it looks a lot better with your M pack

Its our babies, so we all have the sensation that our own car is one of the best into the forum.
By the way, yours is one of them for sure

Are you in the group for Dingolfing meeting on July 18?

Don't worry, its a little strong, but very elastic.

Unfortunately not. I couldn't make those days free to come to the meet.
I know it's a pity, but we'll see maybe another time...

I'm sorry you will not come to the meeting. A summer holiday in Greece maybe?
