Very nice Nicke
What kind of bumper is that on the last picture ?
Is it original M-tech whith silver mesh intake
Yes, its a test with adhesive film, just to see how it looks with a silver mesh with the air ducts covered.

This is the testing material

congrats....that loooks very nice....
i think you might be starting to run out of new mods.....
enjoy it....

edit: forgot to ask you...how much did you pay for the bumper and fogs...and did you change any aero dynamic components under the bumper like the brake air ducts, or the ones behind the front grils...
Yes, I've changed the radiator air insulation frame with a new longer one, its included into the package.
The new longer air ducts are inserted into the old ones, no changes there.
I paid 1070 Eur. for the whole kit primed. (front - rear - side)

Nice stuff

Did you do all the m-kit (side skirts and back) or just the front bumper ?

And did you really do it yourself - how hard was it ?

I did instelled by myself the front bumber only. Its a little difficult but nice DIY job.
The most difficult parts of the job is the needed cutting to the wheelhouse liners with a specific curve, the unclipping of the old bumper from the fenders (headlights out), and the alignment of the two new central metallic holders from the car's crossbar to the bumper (a little cutting to the rubber cover is needed)

Dealer instelled the rear because of the insurance payment.

Side skirts and mirrors was already fitted a long time ago by myself

Hi Guys,
M pack finally installed, I'm very happy with it.

Thanks
Nick
Nick, we're going to see this beauty in July right???
I love the M6 wheels on it.

You were brave for doing it yourself. I had the dealer do it for about 3600 Euro. The funny thing is they were surprised I asked them to give me back all the pieces they took out - as if I was just going to let them have the parts that came in the car and that were paid for. Now I want M6 Wheels

Here's a picture of the front and for madoon, here's a picture of all the pieces that come out of the front when they install the Aero front end.

See you soon.

Santiago

Thanks Bimmer,
Yes, it took me 6 hours (yesterday 19.00 till 01.00),
but I liked it so much
Hi,

In taking off the bumper cover you exposed the "real" internal bumper. I have a question about the black material that forms the first layer of collision defense. Is that a resilient, rubbery material or is it more of a one-time crushable, righ foam material.

Thanks, Jon.
