high boost with JB4 disabled.

high boost with JB4 disabled.
I just purchased the N54 JB4 from Burger Motorsports along with the JB4 Smart Phone wireless kit Rev.3
The install went fine.
When I set the map to 0, I am running 14-15 psi. Now I must say that the power feels just like it did before I installed the JB4, but I have no idea why. I have never had a way of measuring boost on the car until I purchased the JB4 smart phone adapter.
I don’t know if there is already an existing tune on the car of if the waste gates are sticking. I am really at a loss here and do not know where to turn.
Is there a way to find out if there is already a tune programed on the ECU?
Is there anything I can look for to find out why the car is boosting so high with the JB4 disabled?
