iv got the stock HID head lights but they got like 6k hid in them or somin so not much whiter then a normal lamp
i was wondering can i buy just replacement HID lamps say 8k or 10k to give my head lamps a more exotic look

i used to have 12k on my lexus it was very bight but the light just did not light up black roads lol, so wont go above 10k this time think 8k will be fine

Yep, you can buy the replacement bulbs and you should be good. If you want it bluer, then probably go with 8k, though I haven't seen the 10k in person. The optimal brightness would be 4300k for visibility. Now I'm starting to wonder, if the OEM hid's are 4300k or 6000k, I'm leaning toward 4300k. Maybe someone knows for sure?

u no i think they might be 4k as well as when driving along i really cant see any difference between them and the other cars around me, i had to double check they were actually HID at one point they are so yellow LOL

think ill deffo swap for a pair of 8ks

I'm not sure on the bulb type exactly, but you may check with the vendors here.

yeah 8k should be fine i avoid anything over 10k its too blue
