HID Fogs not working E60 - 2006 (PROD: 2005-04-18)

Hi,
I bought HID Fogs from Ebay and they are not powering up on my E60-2006. They actually work fine it plugged to car battery.
I actually had it installed by a BMW Tech. Turns out there is some programming option to allow XENON Retrofit.
Any ideas? pls help.. for now, I bought Sylvian 9006 4100k bulbs.. they still slight yellow.
Pls advise on good HID Fogs that will work on my 2006. Thanks
