The overall diameter will be taller than OEM size - sport package 530 wears 245/40/18. But technically you CAN if you really wanted to...

This would be around an inch taller than the stock size -- that's a pretty big difference. It would reduce the revolutions per mile by over 4%. I have always followed the rule of thumb of a less than a 3% change max (with less than 2% being best).
Having said that, people make changes this large pretty often. I saw a post yesterday where someone had 22" wheels and tires -- I calculated the overall height on those to be about the same as what this would be.
