Pretty much what they said, budget is the main factor when choosing Wheels. You can get really nice wheels for around 1.6k a set they're gonna be heavy and not made as well so they may crack easier. If you want baller status wheels which are light weight and heavy duty get forged wheels which run 4k+ a set. Also wheel size is a main issue, if you want show get 20". If you plan on tracking or anything of that nature go with 18" or 19" max.

Style is another key factor. Go browse some major wheel websites to see what you'd like on your car. Once you have an idea of budget, style, size, finish...then you can narrow your requirements and reach out to some of the vendors here for some great pricing.

With or without tires? Wheels alone can be VMR's and others, even some good used deals. With tires for $1k? that will be way harder to find. Good luck
