My Ride: 06 550i Titanium Gray/Auburn interior. Sprintbooster, RPI Scoop W/BMC Filter, RPI exhaust, 20" Miro 111
Default

Just got my exhaust installed yesterday by a local shop, and I'm not happy with the result. The tips stick out to far and it sits a little low. I argued with the owner and he says thats how the exhaust was made. I found the the RPI how to fix that problem and my question is how to adjust the rubber hanger? I'm not very mechanical but I want the exhaust to look right. Thanks for your help in adavance. By the way it sounds sweet if anybody out there is still conteplating it.

If you have any more questions, feel free to call us. There are just some really idiotic shops out there. SOmeone else on the forum called me and told me the exhaust shop they were getting it installed at was trying to slip the pipe over the stock one. They then welded the pipes together, defeating the entire purpose of how we made it so you can always bolt your stock one back on.

Haha my shop tried to do that too, but I took a ballping hammer to the owners head, and called him a retard - sorted!
