Im told my oem rotors need replacing but its only done 28,000 miles. What are R1 Concepts crossdrilled like? Acute Perfrom sell them, but has anyone run these for any length of time? I would like some feedback. Last time I bought imported non genuine product(Miro wheels 197) the clear coat fell off in 6 months! Stoptech might be my other choice with some Hawk HPS pads.

Hey Jarrod,

R1Concept has been around for quite some time. While you might find one or two unhappy customers, the general consensus has been very pleased. I've never had a return and never had a complaint only referrals from customers.

Also, R1Concept uses the same material as Stoptech.

acuteperformance knows his stuff. I purchased a set of R1Concepts blank rotors and Hawk HPS pads from him. If you run a set of open-style wheels, the slotted or cross-drilled would show them off nicely.

Michael, Owner of Acute Performance does know his stuff.

I am in the market for Rotors but will think about the R1 concept looking at OEM for now.

Also,
Michael, I untimately did what you told me to -- Got the Konis with the H&R.

Couldn't be any happier with my R1 Concept CD/S rotors. Buy with confidence and, from a well respected vendor: Acute Performance
