What was the problem? How was it fixed? Where did you finally get the work done?

the first thing : sears doesnt have the machine to balance 20" wheels. Eventhough they said they can but actually their balance is all off. It is defintely my mistake to bring my wheels to sears

second thing : I figure out that my wheels need hub centre ring. they were slighly off thus cause the vibration.

hope this help folks out there who also have the same problem. Remember to identify the need of hub centre ring or not. Sometimes the technician cant tell. You need to make sure that they check the wheels properly.

Ultimately, it is the consumer's responsibility to make sure that the wheels are right for his/her car. However, the manufacturer is the party that should have the wheel ready for the car it is being built for. That is, the manufacturer should build a hubcentric wheel or they should provide the hub rings when a consumer purchases their wheel.

Most tire shops will only put together what you give them.

Glad to hear you've got everything worked out.

This is why you should always buy wheels that are designed for your car. Manufacturers like to make "universal" wheels that fit a lot of cars, therefore making the need for rings/spacers etc...

I was assured the Radenergies I ordered were designed for the E60, hub centric/offsets etc.
