Help! Need your opinions on wheels

Hi everyone, I just bought a brand new set of 19" Miros Type 346 rims, do you guys think it is worth it and necessary to road force balance them? I can take them to a different shop to balance them (the traditional way) for less than half the price!

Way off topic but did you happen to go to Huntington Beach HS? HBHS Oilers?
Damn ECF, sure took this thread in a different direction didn't you?
I would go with Road Force, always better safe than sorry, just IMHO.

Not necessary. I've never used this method simply because the shop i've been going to doesn't have one. It's up to you though, although I've owned 4 E46 all running no less than 18" an X5 and now I'm in an E60 for the time being. Never used Road Force and never had a problem. My everday driving is no less than 110mph commuting and I reach speeds of up to 130 occasionally. Still no problem....but the choice is yours.

Edmonton Oilers? 99 as in Wayne Gretzky?
Correct.
Thanks for the responses guys even though I am receiving mixed opinions in both directions!

What the heck is Road Force?

It's a method of computer balance that applies a force against the tire to mimick it being on the actual road. Kind of like a suspended dyno machine. lol

I've found on past 5's that if I didn't have it roadforce balanced there would be a slight wobble in the steering wheel. The proper road force balance was the only thing to ever work to remedy this situation (I replaced all kinds of bushings etc.). It sucks paying that much I agree but I always had problems with regular balancing on my E39's. I have yet to experience the E60 with either way.
You could do it the cheap way first. If you have a wobble, you know what to do..
