My car is at this moment in the BMW dealer for a oil service. This morning they called me saying that i have a front shock damaged. They also asked me if i wanted to replace the front shocks, but i refused. I think that i can make better deal with aftermarket suspension than with the M-Tech shocks. I have now eibach pro-kit (- 30mm) with M-Tech shocks. In the rear it has the self-levelling system, so it only needs for the front. The cheapest option is the Koni FSD for eibach springs or Koni yellows. The other option is the coilovers, bilstein PSS9/10 or KW V2. I don't want to drop more than the height that the eibach springs gave to the car, so i think that the coilover route maybe be a waste of money. What are the pros and cons of the FSD?

Cannot speak out of my own experience, but it is said that the FSD set keeps it's comfort. The Koni Yellow is not very comfortable, but has the best steering quality.
For everyday driving, I think I would opt for the FSD set!

The mods you currently have done to your car are of only the best caliber. Why not stick to your theme and go with the best option in terms of the front shocks?

I voted FSD since they are probably better balanced with what you have in the rear. Although with the Koni sports (yellow) being adjustable you could play around with it till you liked how it felt.....
