haha. Get wheels first though. It stand out more. And also don't forget to upgrade the lighting!! The angel eyes, HID fogs, and license plate lamps are a must do first!

Just get an M5... then all you have to worry about later is rims and exhaust.
But go with Rims first.

i had the same question before, since i couldnt do both at the same time
but i went with M kit first, and saving money for wheels now
because M kit is cheaper than wheels and spent too much money on lighting upgrade from john, he made me broke, haha

What i would do is, step by step:
-tint
-rims
-m-tech kit
-exhaust
-lighting
-interior upgrades (like steering wheel, i drive knob etc.)
-small stuff like spoilers
But don't make your car look over accessoried - that will make it look worse
