Help me to settle the LED tail light warning message

I just buy a pair LED TAIL LIGHTS for my 530i,but when I push start button the left tail light malfunction will always appear,who can tell me how to deal with it completely?That's carking! Tks.

Somebody of this forum says add a negative wire to the negative wire of the resistors, That way you get more ground connection,does the way will take effect to fix my problem?

I throt that the tail LED lights have builtin resistors?
