I'd recommend the M-tech kit. You can't go wrong ![Thumbsup](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/thumbsup.gif)
You can next look into rims as there are so many choices. Acuteperformance (Michael) hooked me up with mine.

My Ride: 2005 545i Alpine White Premium package, Sport package, Nav, HUD, PDC

What style rims do you have on now? Sport package 124s? If so, I say go with the kit. I actually like the 124s, just wish they were 19s.

M-tech first... Then youll probably even change your style of wheel, cause with the kit it looks so different. What looks good on stock, doesnt always look so great on m-tech.
its like wearing nice new sneakers with a nasty outfit, it just doesnt go.

Im on the same quest and..All I would say is....if it's winter, do the rims first. The last thing you want is to spend good money on a kit and fuck it up with snow and Rock salt. I'm gettying mine for the spring. But good luck!

Depends on what wheels you want. If you want three piece wheels then you can compare to a full kit. Bc once you add the paint and install cost, it would be a bit more than 3k, at least around here in Miami.
