I ran over this piece of tire on RT 128 last night and it dislodged my right fog light - anyone know how I can fix it? It doesn't look like it requires screws to put back in place.
Thanks
Thanks

Without seeing the damage, it's hard to tell. But I guess you can reach from behind and try pushing it back in place. Do a quick search on how to replace fog light/bulb in DIY section.

maybe you should jack it up or throw it on ramps to really get a good look at it .. be safe though

I looked at the damage further and it looks like I will need a new part. The foglight "holder" broke from the main part!
I think this is the part I need:
14 Grid lateral right 1 03/2007 51117049244 $37.66
I took it from REALOEM.com

There is a good description of "5 minute fog light replace" on the board. It describes gaining access from underneath after loosening the engine drip pan and wheel well liner. It is a tight fit if you have lowered sport suspension, less clearance around wheels. I was fortunate to have a lift available. Personally, I would not want to do it with ramps or a hyd. jack/jack stands.

Sounds like a good time to add some HIDs while you're at it.

+1 on the HIDs. They are soooo much brighter and nicer than the OEM fog light bulbs. And the upgrade is not expensive.
Where's the best place to get them? I was thinking of getting brighter bulbs for my angel eyes as well.
