I just purchased a 2007 550i that was hit fairly hard in the front. No frame or engine damage, but it does need both headlights (one was stolen), hood, bumper cover/reinforcement, R fender, radiator, etc.

I am looking at repairing the vehicle by purchasing a front clip. Are there any material difference between the front ends for 2003--2007?

 

there's no difference except that 550 started in 2006. But some parts from 545i will also fit. do ur research on realoem.com
