My Ride: 2004 545i, April 04 build- Titanium Silver/Gray/Poplar, Nav, PDC, rear & side sun shades. Added DVD/TV w/ monitors on headrests, dealer activated bluetooth phone for Idrive, Formula One Pinnacle Tint, Replica ACS front spoiler, #124 staggered wheels w/ non-rft Pirelli tires.
Sorry for the delay. I finally got a little time to take some pictures of my install.

Looks very nice! 
Too bad we have comfortseats in our car (well, love the seats) but it's so hard to find a monitor that will fit into the headrest
I would like to install a screen between the front seats, just like the 7-series!

My Ride: 530i M-sports package, carbon black,Beige leather dakota, Steptronic, active steering, anti-theft alarm, sunblinds for rear window and back seat window, interior and exterior mirror with anti-dazzel function, poplar brown dark, comfort seats, PDC, extended lights package, Hi-Fi loudspeakers, Innovation Package (contains Xenon, Headlight washers, adaptive headlights, Comfort access), automatic air-conditioning, professional radio, individual high gloss satine chrome,Sunroof
the headrest of the comfort seat is just too small for a monitor :thumbsdown:
There are some special modifications that you can do to fit the monitors on the comfort seat.Like the individual one.That looks great but also costs something more than normal IMO
