I like your rig - I don't know if my Canon XTi has a remote control but that would be great for taking pics on the road ... now I sort of grab one of my compact cameras or my cell phone and try to point and shoot! It'd probably be real useful for recording the indiscretions of other drivers (careful here ... lest we hear/read "do as I say, not as I do"!).

In the pictures the camera mount appear larger than it is. In reality is not much wider than the actual seat.

Actually Frankie would might look good is a night video heading towards downtown.....and you edit the motions at 3times speed.

No sure yet whether I am flying to Texas or driving....going to figure that out next week. I am waiting on some friends to get back to me on whether or not they want to do a road trip. That was a long ride home going solo last time!
