In a previous thread, I posted a few pics of the headrest mount I made from aluminium square tubing. Since the earlier shots were taken at night, I finaly got around to taking a few day shots. The mount was made from aluminium square tubing, 2 u bolts, 4 wingnuts, 1 bolt for the tripod head, and a few bolts & washers. The tubing was cut to size, drilled appropriate holes for the u bolts and tripod head, then entire mount was sprayed black. The mount was attached to the passenger headrest.

Nice mount ... What lens are you using to capture the in-car clips you've done?

Headrest camera mounts are usually used to film races or canyon runs. Since my DSLR takes HD videos as well as stills, I mounted my D90.

thanks, i'm using a Nikon AF DX-Nikkor 10.5mm f/2.8g wide angle fisheye.
