contact nomis_nech (Simon) He lives in Orange County, CA. Over night him your headlights and he can over night them back. Call umintza have the lights sent directly to Simon's house. This way if there are any issues with the lights (like receiving the wrong one's) umnitza can reship new lights before you ship out your headlights. I promise that you will be happy. I know I am. He has done over 50 orion installs on just the e60. he is your best hope.

Sorry Bud, haven't heard of anyone in Miami doing these. The key ones (nomis_nehc and DK_NewYork) are in NYC and OC, CA. But there might be a local shop that can do them, just be sure they stand by their work, the headlights have to be opened to install Orions and this can be easily screwed up so if they don't stand by their work you'll have to buy new headlights AND new Orions.
I think OSS is in Miami..could be wrong. They do some pretty damn good work. I think Orion's are too much TBH, doesn't look factory at all.

OSS on an E60 M5. I would've gone with this if I still had my E60.
It's the same thing. Just picture trickery.
I think OSS gets enough traffic from the E9x platform, can't remember hearing the last time they worked on E60 headlights.
