If its the same guy I'm thinking about then he does sand alittle but no oem coat, that's what's the expensive part about it. And there is another guys that takes a chemical mixture and coats the top of the head lights and it will look great but with all these processes they only last maybe 6-8weeks before yellowing. Also I service the dealers etc, if its a Honda headlights its different cause you can get it on eBay etc for cheap but our cars are just not that easy, but your paying for my quality of work.
