I believe for your car you can use the same one they use for the e46 with the same engine as yours (I could be wrong), when I used to frequent the e46 forums most guys were using one from ebay that was good and cheap. You will have to use O2 sensor foulers to trick the car and from what I understand the headers will make your car loud as hell. Contact Paul from euro-spec they carry these ebay type headers he will be able to hook you up I think.
