OK but tell them you have already paid for it and it don't work., Do what Jay77 advises and take along an mp3 cd or dvd to try and be prepared to argue with them, Good luck.

i finally had time to go back to the dealer and told the service advisor that they needed to add the KMP3 and the update alone wasn't enough!!.... the answer i got was based on year,make and model of the car. if we try to retrofit MP3 and add the mp3 playback i will end up losing my whole CCC in the middle of the process!!!

so basically the guy said system will shutdown and ask them to instal a new ccc

i personally don't believe it.... can anyone help me?
