Has anyone tired PIAA brand angel eyes?

My Ride: 2004 530i,Titanium silver,cold weather package
Today I ran across a website(autobarn.com)with PIAA brand angeleyes,and I notice the price is alot cheapier than other brands out there,also the output is 6500k,compared to less say iAngelEyes brand output is 6000k.Don't wanna get burned just for tring to save a buck.HELP PLEASE-
