Might look wierd because you would have to change all the instrument colors from red to LED white.

hmmm... Try it, who knows. Might be a hit.

I've never seen it before, so you could be the first. Whereas I'm interested in seeing what it looks like, I must admit I really don't want to do it!

you would also have to change all the switches in order for it to look good/match.
but i dont like the orange, so will follow this with interest.

If I remember correctly VW's use blue lighting behind there gauges and it looks pretty sick! I would love that look behind my dash and would consider it, but it seems like it would be a lot of work to change all the bulbs.

I be curoius to see if pinguhk does it too....

Pinguhk...if you moved forward dont forget to take plenty of pictures for the DYI section!

I would reconsider changing your dash indicator lights to all white. The reason why car manufacturers use either blue, green, or red is because by using only one color from the light spectrum you preserve your night vision. Imagine driving over 100mph, looking down at your instrument gauges, then looking back up and not being able to see far ahead into the darkness while it takes a few seconds for your eyes to adjust back to the low light level outside...

after the mod you can alway dim down the lights so that the lights are not very bright.
