A little background first, I've had Bilstein Coilovers, and lower control arms installed with alignment done prior to purchase of tires. Anyway Discount tire was very courteous about the matter and order 2 new fronts which after those were installed the vibration was even worse. Again Discount tire ordered yet another set and this time around everything worked out just fine no more vibration, on each installed the premium road force balance was done.

All I have to say is my local Discount Tire made no excuses for the tires they just replaced them without question and even gave me a couple of cans of cleaner for my troubles and lowered my cost on the insurance I was very pleased with the outcome, these things happen.
I also had V12's installed on aftermarket wheels for our 2010 535 wagon using Discount Tire. They road forced balanced multiple times and could not get the vibration to completely go away. I even replaced one wheel that had a high degree of run out, but that did not solve the vibration either.

Ultimatley replaced the V12's with Michelin Pilot Super Sports, and the vibration problem was solved. I also had a good experience with Discount Tire. No questions asked, just paid the difference between the Michelins and Hankooks.

I have Falken FK452's all around, new control arms (upper and lower), and no vibration issues whatsoever. While Michelin's are probably the best tire available, I'll stick with Falkens, since I can get 2 sets for the price of one set of Pilot Sports (plus have a higher tread wear rating)

It's the tires. I had those tires on my car and literally had them in to be balanced 7 different times by 2 different shops. They would balance ok on the machine and I'd drive away with a shimmy. I finally got fed up and upgraded to Michelin tires and never had the problem again. Those Hankook tires are hit and miss, I'll never buy anything Hankook again. It was very much a "you get what you pay for" experience for me.

I think he means tire warranty if he has a bubble on the sidewall or unrepairable tire punctures. Usually $15 extra per tire
255/35/19 Only a slight rub going full lock on the plastic liner something I'm not concerned with 275 rear was a wide as I could go with my offset without rubbing. I'm happy with my setup, but as someone said in another post I will not be buying another set, the Michelins will replace these when the time comes.
