Can you please precise what that has to do with the 535D? It is NOT an M5 nor look like that at all. The front is a modified M5 but not copied!

ps. of course your q was right, but some members confirmed that even the M5 can be ordered with that chrome and not only the Shadowline

looks like but said that actually NOT 100% the same but 85% depends what functions you have the brand you mentioned is a company and the manufacturer is actually another big name who also produce for BMW and others in Germany, so it is not http://forums.e60.net/index.php?showtopic=32856&hl=.

in your sig it is mentioned HAMANN so it is if you say

The look is the same, the function depends on what you have, heat, memory, fold in. Anyway nice and congrats on your individual way, I loved M5 mirrors and was hunting for that but now all has it so need sg. more rare right
