Guys, is it possible that instead of rubbing I scrapped the undercarriage? I think the thump or whatever sounded like undercariage scrapping. Advice please.

Its hard to say. It can be. Check the jack point area and wheel arms and frame area behind the wheel. see if you notice any scrapes...

How "hard" and loud was the thump? usually if you hit the under carriage it'll be pretty loud. you'll be likly hitting metal or hard. wheel well scrape would prob sound like that... a scrape / rub.

Look in your wheel well see how many scrape spots there are.

Nice drop Joe, I'm surprised your tires rub with only H&R sport springs. How is the ride compare to stock? Iceman took me for a ride the other day in his car and the ride is better than my stock SP springs. From what he told me no rubbings at all, and you know his car is slammed.

Thanks, LA. I think what happened was I scraped the the undercarriage. I don't think I have a rub issue going over speed bumps.

Hey jiio.. From my exprience if you heard a thump most likely its the undercarriage. Plus if you're not going fast you can't really hear the tires rubbing against the fender. So i'm thinking you hit the undercarriage. Man, your car looks awesome the spacers makes the rims look better. Awesome job jiio Can't wait to see it in person

Nicely done Joe. Very sporty looking! I think the gap on my car is about the same as yours if not just a slightly bit higher.
