Looks good, how come the outter rings are so much dimmer? Are Orions brighter than this?

Well, from the input that I asked last time, it appears that because of the design of the LCI rings, that's how they turn out.

Which, I guess I should know since I have done LCI for Orions

It's like that for even stock. LCI headlights are all like that. To be honest, the outer ring is same brightness as the Orion V2s and the inner ring is SUPER bright! The entire setup lights up the road at night. M3s and M5s DO NOT have fogs and I did it for my boy's M3 and he NEVER uses his low beams. LOL. Not sure about the 2 other M3s and 1 other M5 driver though.
