congrats on the new exhaust. We have seen this happen sometimes. A large part of it is due to the middle of the exhaust not having a hanger. If you look around the middle (bottom) of the car, there is a silver plate/bracket held on by four 13mm bolts. The exhaust moves and on some cars swings more to the left and some swing to the right. If you want to bring the tips upwards, you can try this method of adjustment ( http://raceprecision.com/forums/view...0d2090cd57ce3a ) or use a shorter hanger (part no: 511187 from pepboys. About $3.99). We are here M-F 10am to 5pm so please give me a call if you have any questions.

The exhausts looks great, however it's low. I've seen it installed on a 550i and it doesn't look like that. Congrat! on getting the exhaust.

it just looks odd....there has to be a way to raise the tips up a bit. For that much money you had better get it the way you want it.

ya I really dont know why they would not have gotten this squared awaay before they sold it-included some shorter hangers AND a middle hanger like the OEM one-I welded on a middle hanger as it just didnt feel sturdy to me to have absolutely no hanger in a huge length of the piping. I just used the OEM rubber hangere and welded a little hanger onto the exhaust--near where you connect it to the OEM.

I also welded my pipes together as I kept having issues with the bracket and I know someone who did it for me for free and I own the car but will just re weld on the OEM exhaust if selling at a later date.

A short fix is to use the oem hanger but instead of putting the rpi hanger into the "hole" of the oem rubber piece, you can put the hanger into the space above that and it basically pulls it up half an inch-yours looks so low I think you need more than a shorter hanger-I would recomend adding a middle hanger.

If you dont want to weld one on you can simply weld one to a U clamp/bolt and bolt the u bolt on the exhaust and weld it to the u joint and it really holds the middle up nice and snug

good luck
