Does it matter which way the bulb is facing? I installed mine 1 week ago, but looking at mine in person and looking at yours through pictures you posted.
Yours look brighter. I have black car, maybe it's not as bright.

I tilted the LED so that it inclinds to face the license plate

Is yours as bright as Lexus' ?? I compared to my sister IS250, and her seems brighter. Her car color is white, mine is black.

I'll try to tilt the LED to shine the plate to see any differences.

Ours is brighter than the lexus ones.. You have to point the led bulbs towards the floor.. I had the same problem when I first installed the led bulbs they looked really dim but when I adjusted the bulbs its really bright now.

Based on 2 pictures that Neoenvision took, is that how the bulb should face? How i faced my bulbs is completely opposite of what Neoenvision faced. I like the color of the bulb, but not very bright. For sure the way I have it, it's not brigther than Lexus Cars.
