My car also looks more grey than black thanks to the special saphire black-with-lots-of-dirt paint scheme.... 
Those color wheels would definitely look unique on your Silver Gray. It's a trend now in US, good or bad depending on your taste, that a lot of people are putting black wheels on just about any color car.
