Is it one of those dealer decals that they put so you can advertise for them?

Not a decal. It's a chrome badge.

I wouldn't allow the dealer to put that on my car!

LOL, that remind me, Like I told my BMW salesman when I purchased my 2004 530i, I will buy it, but take the dealer's name off my new Bimmer, he look at me kind of strange, and said you might ought to leave in on there, I said under ok then under one condition Have Nalley BMW pay me my price for their advertising on MY new BMW and I will....he said nothing, and had one of the tech's remove it!

Got the special-order V10 version at Bekkers and yes, my 545 does go faster now! Love the look of the tail with the reflectors now....

Dude, it's in the FAQ (and I also replied to your other post asking the same thing with a link to the answer right here...)

Think like Homer. The black inserts snap out and the reflectors snap in -- the black inserts snap out and the reflectors snap in -- the black inserts snap out and the reflectors snap in -- the black inserts snap out and the reflectors snap in -- ad nauseaum.

Some have had success with dental floss, others have used a screw driver after protecting the paint with tape, I used a piece of plastic I found laying around the shop. 'Tain't hard. Just do it.

Thank you so much for the information. The dealer wanted $175. What a Joke. I believed it was a simple procedure when looking at the parts after they arrived. Once again, thanks for the info.
