Not at all!! I think its amazing that he put on the m5 brakes... the rotars look huge, and i think its great that he saved a bunch of dough over a big brake brembo kit...

UPDATE
Well its been 2 months of driving and they have performed great, no squeaks, rattles, pulling etc.. I have noticed a 2mpg drop due to the weight of these things, but for me I like that fact I have a whole lot of braking. I have changed my fluid to the ATE Blue, the pedal is a little firmer. And I feel better knowing I have ZERO air in my lines.
Performance
ummm yeeeah...I havent quite gone to plaid but it feels like it LOL. Cold they do have a soft pedal feel and they bite, It is tough keeping the heat in them cause they do cool down quick. When at operating temps I have done stops from 60 to 40, 80 from 60...and 100 to 55( not consecutively) talk about a momentum breaker! Really impressed on the stock setup, I could only imagine using the "ring" pads or equivalent. The first two stops I listed almost felt instant, it was probably a second or two but man, the 100mph stop was like 4 one thousands and was amazing.
Future
Replacement will be on the high side, I have posted a thread to get the best bang for the buck on parts etc.., Our cars dont have the sheer acceleration and deceleration as the V10 counterpart. So the 525/530 should get a lot of use before replacement.
