Dunlops runflats here -- big time noise starting around 7000 miles.
Those of you that aren't experiencing any significant noise (yet), can you please post the mileage and brand of tire you have?

My Dunlops were still quiet at 6600 miles -- been very quiet for the last 18 days. I wonder if this is not more related to the better performing low profile tires than to the run flats specifically. I had tremendous noise from the OEM on the 540-6 in 1996 - especially as they wore.

I had 225/40/18 and 255/35/18 Michelins on my old 330CI and they made no noise at all.. So I am sure it is the runflats since I have had 2 sets and both are making noise..

JIMBO -
which Bridgestones do you have exactly? I was told that the RE050 don't come in 275/35-18 for the rears, on the SPorts Package..
can you confirm?

Here I have Bridgestone runflats RE050A 245/40 18" with Dynamic drive.
The more I drive, the noisyer and uncomfortable they become. Hope to get rid of them very soon.

[/quote]Can you please recheck your tires?? I have checked Goodyear.com and tirerack and cannot find the Goodyear Eagle tire size above. According to tirerack, Goodyear does offer two different run flats in 245/40R18: (i) Goodyear Eagle F1 Supercar EMT and (ii) Goodyear Eagle F1 GS2 EMT. However, Goodyear does not appear to offer any run flats for the rear 275/35R18. Thanks!
