Clear Primer. That's what I can find at home. I dont even know why I have clear primer!! Costs more than regular primer.
Flat Black Paint for the center
White Paint for the outer ring first color coat
Graphite Wheel Paint for the second, third, and fourth coat
Wheel Clearcoat paint. about 2 to 3 coats
Without the clear on the outer rings yet, it looks FABULOUS! I'm gonna go clear it now
