Just got a set of Remus, which is for 530 and 525, with tips from Bavauto for $809 + $71 shipping to CA. Thanks to Eddie - Presley348. Installation is $100 at Lunas Exhaust in San Jose. They could charge me $150, but shop owner was so nice that he charged me only $100 as I am a return customer. The sound is very quiet. Be honest, it's quieter than my stock. It's only louder when I really floor the pedal.
Absolutely no droning. I have to pass three hills everyday to and from work, and no droning climbing up the hill. With my old custom exhaust, I'd be deaf in another year. It was droning b/w 1500 to 2000rpm.
I drove my wife and newborn today in the car, and my wife agreed that it's very comfortable now. Right now, my 550i is a sleeper which is my true taste.
If I wanted a little more sound, I'd go for RDSport version.
