rolling fender is not the stuff you wanna do by yourself if you do not know what you are doing...

also you need a tool to do it... and do not bang with stuff.. it can damage paint and crack...

i have done it before and it is hard and if paint is old can crack the paint...

but you should heat up paint little bit with heat gun and then use the tool to roll the fender... but you gotta adjust angle and others...

it wont be that expensive to get them rolled.. or john might know how to do it...

U need a roller! Dont DIY. THis guy I know does a fender for $40. Just swap for a 10 mm spacers. Much easier IMO.

I should start a forum called spacersswap. Everyone needs to swap spacers ALL THE TIME! LOL.

Mel, you can take some freakin steel wool and blast off the powdercoat. Maske the entire rear end and paint the exhaust tip with BBQ paint.

i had to remove the spacers in rear today.I was driving and hit a slightly deeper than normal dip in the road. Heard something terrible from the rear end. Cut off a piece of tire like I was slicing bologna. No issues with tire. Piece was about 6 inches long. Driving to Atlantic city this weekend couldn't take any chances. I'll be swapping to 10 mm this week. So if anyone wants to switch to 12 mm from 10 mm let me know.
